Injury Waiver

In consideration of acceptance of this registration by Curling Club ("the club"), I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE the club and each of its members, officers and employees FROM ANY AND ALL claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and cause of action, whether in law or equity in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to myself or property, arising or to arise by reason of my participation in the Curling Club, that has not been contributed to or occasioned by any negligent act, by omission or commission, of any of the aforesaid.

Membership Selection Instructions

Select the round checkbox for either "Adult" "Junior" "Little Rocks" or "Social" membership.

For "Adult" memberships, select your desired schedule options from the drop down menu. This will determine your fees.

Please check all the square checkboxes for the leagues in which you wish to play. Please show all team member names for "choose your own" leagues, but each team member must submit their own form. Not on a team? Write "assign" for the other team members.

If you are NEW to the Wiarton & District Curling Club, complete the form as above, but be sure to check the New Member discount option at the bottom of the page.

If you are HIGH SCHOOL (age 14-18), please register as an adult, but be sure to check the High School discount option at the bottom of the page.

If you are registering for a LITTLE ROCK curler (age 5-8), be sure to check the Little Rocks discount option at the bottom of the page.

Membership Selections (no leagues)

	JUNIORS For children and tweens, ages 9 to 13 years old, as of December 31. Sundays, 1:45 - 3:30 PM $43.50 for the season.
	LITTLE ROCKS For children ages 5 to 8 years of age, as of December 31. Sundays, 1:00 - 1:45 PM $37.30 for the season
	SOCIAL For those members who do not wish to curl, but would like to participate in other club activities, such as special dinners. The fee is $35.00. Each special dinner or event has its own cost, which is not included in this fee. Social members can spare a maximum of three times during each schedule, but must pay the spare fee of $15 each time. A minimum of a Social Membership is required to take part in the Thursday evening Board Game events.

Additional Options

	Locker rental for the season. $15.00
	VOLUNTEER DUTY $100.00 deposit, payable by e-Transfer ($100.00 will be added to your registration) If not forfeited, can be carried forward to the next season or refunded. NOTE: Youth Curlers and Social members are not required to perform volunteer duty. OR
	VOLUNTEER DUTY $100.00 deposit, payable by post-dated Cheque. Please make cheque payable to the Wiarton & District Curling Club and post-date cheque to: February 1, 2026 Cheque will only be cashed if volunteer duties are not completed. NOTE: Youth Curlers and Social members are not required to perform volunteer duty

Discount Options

Do any of the following discounts apply to you? If so, please select the discount before we calculate the fee.

	NEW MEMBER For beginner or experienced curlers new to Wiarton & District Curling Club. Unlimited curling for the season is half-price. Only $150.00
	HIGH SCHOOL Students age 14 - 18 yrs old can register as an adult, but pay the fee of $43.50
	LITTLE ROCKS - For ages 5 - 8, pay only $37.30 for the season.
